The customer places their order in our online store and pays only for the product and shipping to Cuba.
If the desired product is not available in our catalog, Mercado Hogar offers the Personal Shopper service, through which we acquire the requested product on behalf of the client and manage its shipment to Cuba, subject to prior agreement and order confirmation.

Mercado Hogar is responsible for:

- Prepare the shipment
- Transport the package to Cuba
🛃 3. Customs in Cuba
Once the shipment arrives in Cuba, it is evaluated by the country’s customs authorities.
