Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within the week of receipt of payment and are shipped trough an authorized agent with contract with the agents in Cuba, like Aerovaradero SA, Correos de Cuba, Cubapack with tracking and delivery until airport of destination.
Once the packages have been processed at the destination airport in Cuba, the agent, in coordination with the customs and/or health authorities, will deliver the package to the distribution company for home delivery or if it does not have services to the address of the consignee, will deliver the shipment to a distribution center closest to the province or municipality of the recipient. In the event that it is not released by customs, the cargo terminal will contact the client for collection at the airport.
These processing and delivery services in Cuba are not eligible from origin, it depends on the cargo terminal and border authorities

Shipping fees include handling as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
