The recipient must present valid and current identification at the time of receiving the funds at their home. Delivery will only be made to the person registered as the recipient in the order.
Delivery will be made exclusively to the address provided by the sender. It is the sender’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible, delivery may be delayed or not completed.
The estimated delivery period begins once the sender’s payment has been confirmed and will depend on the recipient’s location. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.
The recipient must be present at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window. If the recipient cannot be reached, delivery will be rescheduled only once.
The service will only be provided in areas where operational coverage exists. The company reserves the right to refuse transactions that do not meet regulatory or security requirements.
The company will not be liable for delays or delivery failures caused by force majeure or weather conditions.
Once a money transfer order has been placed and the transaction status changes to "In Process", it can no longer be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
Orders can only be canceled or changed if the status is still "awaiting Processing".

By initiating the transfer, the sender confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, and releases the company from any additional liability not expressly stated in this document.
